Most items are delivered Monday to Friday between 8.00AM and 6.00PM, or Saturday between 8.00AM and 12 Midday, dependent on the delivery service selected in the checkout process.

If the item that you have ordered indicates a delivery time of more than 5 working days, or requires a specialist two man delivery, we will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date.

After despatch you will normally receive an email informing you of the courier used and any consignment details that you can use to track the parcel.

All our customers have the option to return their goods within 28 days of receiving their order, if they're not satisfied with it.
